What does Checkout+ protect?
Once your order is placed, we carefully pack and dispatch it via Australia Post.
Australia Post provides a Proof of Delivery (POD) with a delivery photo once your order has been delivered.
Checkout+ protects your parcel right up until delivery and has been confirmed via the POD. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, you're covered.
If Checkout+ is not selected, Sheila May Swim is not liable for parcels that are damaged or lost in transit.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition (with tags and stickers attached). In the interests of hygiene, please ensure that swim bottoms are tried on over underwear.

Sales of items discounted by 25% or less can be returned for exchange or store credit.

For items discounted by 30% or more, returns are for store credit only.

Items purchased from the 'Last Pieces' category are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

International customers can return full priced items for store credit only.

You can request a return within 30 days of your order being dispatched. We will only accept returns that have been lodged through our Returns Portal within this time frame.

Australian Returns

If you purchased Checkout+ Package Protection at checkout, your return label is completely FREE.

If you did not select Checkout+:
A return label will be issued for a flat rate of $14.50 ($11.99 return label + $2.50 handling fee)

Once your return is approved:
1. Carefully package your item
2. Attach your return label
3. Drop it off at your local post office

International Returns

For all returns from countries outside of Australia, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for return shipping.

Please ensure you use a tracked shipping method and keep your tracking number handy until your return has been processed.

You will also need to ensure you clearly mark your parcel with your name and order number.

We are excited to now offer Instant Exchanges! This allows us to send out your exchange item(s) straight away - even before we receive your return parcel!

To use this service, simply enter your credit card details in the returns portal, and the amount will be *held but not deducted (kind of like booking a hotel!).

*Please note that your returns label must be scanned at the post office within 14 days in order to avoid the charge on your credit card.

Instant Exchange is only available for orders within Australia.

Store credit will be issued via email once your return have been received and inspected. It can be used on any future purchase and has a 2-year expiry.

Please note that store credit is non-refundable.

If you’re using Try at Home with Sheila May, you’ll have 3 days from when your parcel arrives to decide what you’d like to keep.

Once you’ve made your choices, simply complete your order through the Try at Home portal and follow the steps to return anything you don’t want to keep.

A flat $15 return shipping fee applies to all Try at Home returns - whether you’re sending back one piece or your whole order.

Try at Home returns are managed separately from our usual returns process, so be sure to follow the return instructions provided through your Try at Home portal.

We offer one exchange per order, so if you’ve swapped your item once already and want to send the exchanged item back, no worries… it just becomes a store-credit-only return from here.

Your store credit lasts for two years and you can use it anytime you spot something you love.

Bundles follow our usual returns policy.

You can return individual items from your bundle for exchange or store credit. Store credit will be issued based on the discounted price paid for each item (once the bundle saving has been applied).
