    We place a temporary hold on the full amount to reserve your pieces. It will appear as pending in your account, not paid. Nothing is charged until you decide.

    Once your order arrives, you have 3 days to live in it. Style it up, pare it back, see how it moves with you.

  • complete your order

    We'll send access to your Customer Portal, where you can finalise your order in a few simple steps. You're only charged for the pieces you keep.

returns

Returning pieces is simple:

  1. Log into the Customer Portal using the link below, or the link in the email or text message we sent you.
  2. Follow the prompts to select the pieces you'd like to return.
  3. Once you've completed your return in the portal, we'll email you a prepaid return label.
  4. Print the label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it at your local Australia Post.

Returns must be posted within 3 days of completing your order.

If you return all pieces from your order, a $15 restocking fee will apply.

FAQs

When you check out with Try at Home, you'll enter your payment details as usual. We then place an authorisation on your card for the order total to confirm the payment method is valid. This is not a charge, and no funds leave your account. The amount will appear as pending, not paid, and simply holds the total until you decide what to keep.

Only once you've finalised your order in the Customer Portal, and only for the pieces you choose to keep.

All Try at Home orders are completed in the Customer Portal, where you can confirm the pieces you'd like to purchase and request a return if you need one.

A $15 charge that applies only if you return every piece from your order. It covers shipping, handling and processing, and allows us to keep offering Try at Home. If you keep even one piece, the fee doesn't apply.

Yes. Your code needs to be applied at checkout on the initial order, before you complete your details. The discount is then reflected in the final amount you pay for whatever you keep.
